A senior level professional with over 16 years’ experience across multiple business disciplines including HR, Operations, Administration, Accounts & Finance, Mr Jaipal Reddy is the Executive Director of Sushee Infra. He holds overall strategic and operational responsibility for the company overseeing employee related matters, project execution, business development, expansion and overall leadership of the company.
Prior to becoming Executive Director of Sushee Infra, Mr Reddy held senior positions in the Media sector as COO of Raj Television Network Limited and Executive Director of Sushee Media Pvt. Limited.
Jaipal holds a Masters Degree in Computer Application Stream and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Osmania University in Hyderabad.
With over 30 years of experience in the fields of Civil Engineering and Construction, specialised expertise in both Public and Private sector Infrastructure projects and numerous accolades to his name, Mr. M.V.S.Venkatrao brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as CEO.
Being at the helm of the company, Mr Rao offers all round leadership and guidance. He is responsible for setting the company’s vision and taking key decisions on strategy, execution, policy making, financial planning and culture building. Having successfully executed many projects during the course of his career, Mr Rao adopts a “hands on” approach to all projects offering valuable insights and expertise to his team.
Mr Rao is a Civil Engineering graduate and holds a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
As COO, Mr M Ramu leads both the front and back end functions of the organisation with overall responsibility for managing day to day operations for Mining and Irrigation projects.
Having delivered many projects in a timely manner and in line with the specified quality and financial parameters, Mr Ramu plays an important role in the implementation of the company’s integrated project management system. He currently handles the overall execution and operations of Sushee Infra’s Mining and Irrigation projects including Package IV of the prestigious Pranahita-Chevella Sujala Sravanthi (PCSS) Irrigation project being undertaken by the Telangana State Government.
Mr Ramu is a Civil Engineering graduate with over two decades of rich experience in Infrastructure Development and Mining Operations.
Mr. Yogesh Vidyadhar Tiwari is COO with overall responsibility for overseeing the company’s Infrastructure projects. A seasoned professional, Yogesh has over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience with specialised expertise in the construction of national highways, expressways and bridges.
Prior to joining Sushee Infra, Yogesh worked with some of the country’s largest and most prestigious construction companies. During the course of his career, he has received several awards in recognition of his outstanding efforts in infrastructure projects from government bodies such as the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H) and others.
Yogesh is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. He secured a Post Graduate Degree and Gold Medal in Engineering from the University of Pune.
Mr. M. P. Raju holds the position of Vice President of the Tunnel Projects Division; he is in charge of leading all the tunnel construction initiatives of the company, deploying best practices across all their projects.
Mr Raju has over 35 years’ of specialised expertise in tunneling for railways, roads, irrigation and hydro electric projects all over the world. At Sushee Infra, he provides guidance at every step of the project, from planning and presenting tenders to design, execution and commissioning.
Mr Raju is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering Colege, Calicut.
As Vice President of Finance, Mr Srinivas Subudhi provides overall leadership for Sushee Infra’s financial activities, overseeing important areas such as the company’s financing strategy, financial and capital planning, annual budgeting, receipt and disbursement of funds, accounting, compliance, asset and risk management. He plays a key role in raising capital for the company’s projects and expansion activities, liaising with Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) and Financial Institutions. Mr Subudhi’s extensive experience over the three decades of his career is invaluable. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors including Telecommunications, Energy, Hospitality, Petroleum, Chemicals, Banking, Non-Banking Financial Services as well as Private Equity. He has held senior positions with some of the country’s most renowned companies such as Reliance, Indian Oil Corporation and Canara Bank.
Srinivas Subudhi is an Engineering Graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and holds a Management Degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
Mr. Sreeman Narayan heads the Accounts department of the company working in close collaboration with the VP Finance. He has overall responsibility for all tax related matters managing overall compliance as well as offering valuable advice and leading the company’s Financial Planning & Controls, Accounting and Audit activities.
Mr Narayan has over four decades of experience, having worked across diverse sectors including Mining, Textiles, Paper, Industrial Gases, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Merchant Banking and Infrastructure amongst others. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr Syama Sundara Reddy is responsible for providing strategic direction to and leading the Group’s projects in the transportation sector. His core area of specialisation lies in the development of highways and he oversees a high-performing team in the pursuit and construction of a wide range of complex and state of the art roads and highways. He has worked on projects in the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and is currently playing an important role in Sushee Infra’s largest highway project to date – the Trans Arunachal Highway (NH-229) Road.
Mr Reddy is a graduate of Civil Engineering with more than 30 years of work experience in his field of expertise.
Mr. K. Srinivas Reddy is responsible for deploying best practices and ensuring the seamless execution of all of the Group’s projects across the country. He works with project teams to optimize resource planning and team management, he hires and supervises all subcontractors, he develops and implements quality control measures and oversees daily activities at project sites.
Mr Reddy is a Civil Engineering Graduate with over 15 years’ experience in handling Irrigation and Mining projects
